Yes, all our tours are private. A maximum of 3 passengers are allowed onboard + your guide.

How much driving per day should I expect?

Usually 2h30 to 3h of driving spread across the day with many stops, visits, viewpoints and breaks.

How do I reach Marseille?

High-speed TGV from Paris, Lyon, Niceor also fly directly to Marseille airport.

What is the cancellation policy?

Lots of things can happen that make a person need to change their plans. So you’re welcome to cancel this tour up to 48 hours before it starts and we’ll give you a full refund. If you advise us about any travel issues within 48 hours before your tour, we will refund 50%.However, if you plan out your travel time poorly, arrive late, and miss your tour, unfortunately we will not issue you a refund.

How far in advance should I book?

As we are a small team, and subject to high demand, you should book at least 4 weeks in advance in order to be sure to find room on the date of your choice.

A handcrafted, intimate, boutique journey through the most beautiful roads of France onboard in an iconic 2CV.

This journey is designed to take you through the Luberon, discovering iconic villages such as Gordes and Roussillon, with their golden stone houses and mineral colors. Wander along the canals of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, explore the spring at Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, and admire the striking landscapes of the Colorado Provençal.

During lavender season (typically late June to mid-July), the journey extends toward the plateau of Valensole, where endless purple fields create one of Provence’s most breathtaking natural spectacles: a true sensory highlight of the region.

Outside of lavender season, the experience adapts to focus on the elegant villages of the Alpilles, where olive groves, limestone hills, and authentic Provençal life offer a different yet equally enchanting atmosphere.

Day 1 :

The Heart of Provence: From Marseille to the Provencal villages

Marseille/Aix-En-Provence → Oppède-le-Vieux→ L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue → Fontaine-de-Vaucluse → Abbaye de Sénanque → Gordes

Depart from Marseille or Aix-En-Provece and follow scenic country roads into the heart of Provence • Arrive in Oppède-le-Vieux, a beautifully preserved hilltop hamlet, and wander quiet cobblestone paths with sweeping views across the Luberon valley.

Continue the day in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, exploring its unique floating market and charming canals lined with antique shops and old waterwheels.

Follow the Sorgue upstream to Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, where one of Europe’s most powerful natural springs rises dramatically from the foot of a limestone cliff • Continue into the Luberon for a peaceful visit to the Abbaye de Sénanque, set in a secluded valley surrounded by lavender fields and centuries of monastic tradition.

Visit village of Roussillon for a stroll through its colorful lanes and viewpoints overlooking the Luberon • Drive into the Luberon Regional Natural Park and explore the dramatic landscapes of the Colorado Provençal in Rustrel, a maze of red, gold and white rock formations shaped by time and mining history.

Follow quiet country roads to the village of Céreste, a peaceful stop in the heart of the park • Continue to Simiane-la-Rotonde, known for its medieval rotunda and sweeping hilltop views • Stop in Reillanne, a timeless Provençal village surrounded by open fields and rolling hills •

End the day with a scenic drive toward the Valensole plateau, where you’ll be able to enjoy the most magnificent sunset in the middle of the lavender. Way back to Marseille or Aix-en-Provence.
